Welcome to Cobblemon Tools. By accessing or using this website, you agree to the following Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree with these terms, you should not use this site.

Ownership and Affiliation

Cobblemon Tools is an independent fan-made website. We are not affiliated with, endorsed by, or connected to:

  • Mojang Studios or Microsoft
  • Nintendo, Game Freak, or The Pokémon Company
  • Cobbled Studios or the Cobblemon mod team

All Pokémon designs displayed on this site are based on fan-created models from the Cobblemon mod. No Nintendo assets are used.

Use of the Site

You may use this site for personal purposes. Certain features, including server listings and sponsorship placements, may be used for business purposes subject to these Terms.

You agree not to:

  • Copy or reproduce site content without permission
  • Interfere with site functionality or security
  • Use the site for illegal or harmful activities

We may restrict access or remove content at our discretion.

User Accounts

Creating an account is optional. If you create an account, you agree to:

  • Provide accurate information
  • Keep your login credentials confidential
  • Only manage servers you are authorised to manage

We may suspend or delete accounts that violate these terms.

Server List and Voting

By submitting a server or voting, you acknowledge that:

  • Server information you provide may be publicly visible
  • Voting requires transmitting limited data (including IP address) to the server you vote for, as required by the Votifier protocol
  • Attempts to manipulate votes may result in removal or restriction of access

Sponsored Placements and Auctions

Sponsored Placement Overview

Cobblemon Tools may offer time-limited sponsored placement positions on the Server List.

Sponsored placements:

  • Are displayed for a defined calendar month (UTC)
  • Are allocated based on an auction-style bidding system
  • Do not guarantee traffic, clicks, player growth, or revenue

Sponsored placements are intended for business use.

Auction Mechanics

Participation in a sponsorship auction constitutes a binding offer to purchase placement for the relevant month.

Placement ranking is determined according to the platform’s auction rules as published at the time of bidding.

The Company’s records and calculations are final in determining bid ranking and placement order.

We reserve the right to:

  • Reject or remove bids
  • Disqualify abusive or manipulative activity
  • Refuse participation at our discretion

Payment

Winning or ranking in an auction does not guarantee placement.

Placement is confirmed only once payment has been received and marked as paid by the Company.

Sponsors are responsible for ensuring that their contact details are accurate and monitored for invoice and sponsorship communications.

Invoices are issued separately through Roanoke Development LTD’s invoicing system.

Failure to pay within the stated invoice period may result in:

  • Forfeiture of placement
  • Reallocation of the slot
  • Temporary or permanent restriction from future sponsorships

We are not responsible for interruptions caused by maintenance, technical issues, or events outside our reasonable control.

Payments are non-refundable once the sponsored month has commenced, except at our discretion.

Sponsored Content

Sponsors are responsible for ensuring that any submitted banner images, links, or content:

  • Comply with applicable law
  • Do not infringe intellectual property rights
  • Do not contain illegal, deceptive, malicious, or adult material

We reserve the right to refuse or remove sponsored content at our discretion.

Modifications

We may modify, suspend, or discontinue sponsorship programs at any time.

Replay Data

Replay functionality may store and display:

  • Minecraft UUIDs
  • Minecraft usernames
  • Battle logs and related data

Replay data is public by design.

Intellectual Property

All original content on this site, including code, design, and written materials, is owned by us unless otherwise stated.

Third-party assets (e.g., FontAwesome icons) are used under their respective licenses.

Third-Party Content and Links

We may include links to external websites. We are not responsible for any third-party content, policies, or practices.

Disclaimers and Liability

Cobblemon Tools is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee accuracy, availability, or uninterrupted service.

We are not liable for any direct, indirect, or incidental damages arising from use of the site.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, our total liability arising from sponsored placements shall not exceed the amount actually paid by the sponsor for the relevant placement.
